Order Processing

Orders are usually processed after order confirmation and successful payment/COD confirmation, subject to product availability and serviceable pin code.

Shipping Timeline

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days depending on the delivery location, courier availability, public holidays, and operational conditions. Remote locations may take longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before order confirmation. Eldelie Cosmetics may offer free shipping or promotional shipping benefits from time to time.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or the order status page, depending on the contact details provided during checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number are accurate. If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable customer, or refusal to accept delivery, the order may be returned to origin.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, opened, leaked, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. If the package is accepted and an issue is noticed after opening, contact us immediately with clear photos/videos of the package and product.

Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, holidays, natural events, or other situations beyond our control. We will try our best to support you with available tracking information.
